How do I become a thepotterspot.com Registered Wholesale Customer?


Thepotterspot.com  allows you to become a Registered  Whole sales Customer by simply filling in
the required information and saving your information, and either email or fax a copy of your Seller’s Permit,
or anything equivalent to Seller’s Permit.  Once registered and when we receive a copy of your Seller’s Permit,
we will send you a confirmation email. The link to Registration is on the top right hand corner of the main page.

 

 

 

 

What if I lose my thepotterspot.com Registered Customer Password?


Click on “Forgot your password” link on your sign in page, we will email you a temporary
password to the email address listed on the account.

 

 

 

 

What if I want to change my Registered Customer profile?


We allows you to update and change your Registered Customer account whenever you would like to.
Simply log in, click “edit” to make a change, and then “Save” once the appropriate corrections have been

Do I have shipping options?


We offer 4 UPS services: Ground Shipping, 3rd Day Select, 2-Day, and Overnight.

 

 

 

What is the Overnight Rush Shipping cut-off?


Orders placed after 3PM PST Monday-Thursday will not be guaranteed 2nd Day nor Overnight delivery.
Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not be eligible for 2nd Day nor Overnight shipping.

 

 

 

 

Does Potter’s Pot ship internationally?


We do not currently process international orders through the website. (Besides Canada and Puerto Rico)

You may track your order to determine whether or not your order has been shipped.
